October Youth Bazaar Interest Form
the bazaar will be held October 18 from 5-8, set up will start at 4 PM. Event is in The commons at the Columbia River Foursquare Church.
You must bring your own table and display supplies, we will provide a space large enough for a 6 foot table for each participant.
*Business must be ran/owned by an entrepreneur who is under 26.
